The latest an appointment can be booked is 12hrs before the appointment start time.
To cancel an appointment please do so up to 48hrs before the appointment start time to enable a full refund on any deposit paid.
To reschedule an appointment please do so anytime up to 48hrs before the appointment start time to enable your deposit to be transferred to your rescheduled appointment time. You are requested to ring 07970304246 to action this.
Cancellations, rescheduling or 'no shows within 48hrs of an appointment start time will result in the loss of 50% of your paid booking fee.
