Cancellation Policy
The latest an appointment can be booked is 24hrs before the appointment start time.
To cancel an appointment please do so up to 48hrs before the appointment start time to enable a full refund on any deposit paid.
To reschedule an appointment please do so up to 48hrs before the appointment start time to enable your deposit to be transferred to your rescheduled appointment time.
Cancellations or rescheduling (or 'no shows') within 48hrs of an appointment start time will result in the loss of your deposit paid at the time of booking
